From its sole shop in Al-Fayha in Riyadh City, what started out as a meek business in 1998, exceptionally turned out to be a pleasurably run business network today. Being run by a humble and modest person Khaled Saleh Al-Othaim who then graduated Business Management in the United States of America. Aani & Dani Chocolatier, (name derived from an Arabic word “near and fresh” which literally means everything is within reach and new) was born and has noteworthy grown to nine (9) outlets all over Riyadh, KSA and counting. One of the must-buy products are stimulated from the world’s famous Belgian chocolates. According to the history, “Belgian chocolate is a deep culinary tradition dating back to the 19th century. It was when Belgium gained access to a variety of cocoa plants, in which provided the raw materials that gave birth to modern Belgian chocolate.Belgian imports of raw cocoa continued and led to the development of a major Belgian chocolate industry. Borrowing techniques from Swiss chocolate makers, distinctly new blend of chocolate emerged in Belgium combining rich-quality chocolate with nuts and create new varieties. Over the course of the 20th century, the industry matured and began to influence confectioners throughout Europe and some continents. As a result, there are a number of major importers of chocolate who borrow from the traditions of traditional Belgian chocolate makers.”
