The National Company for Glass Industries (ZOUJAJ), a Saudi Joint Stock Company, with a paid-up capital of SR 300 million, was incorporated under Ministerial Resolution No. 529 of the Ministry of Commerce and registered under C.R. No. 1010075300 dated 20-06-1410-H (corresponding to 17-01-1990-G). The Company is enlisted in the Saudi Stock Exchange since 1992. Currently, the Company has over 5,000 shareholders, representing banking sector, private investment funds and small to medium private establishments, as well as individuals from all walks of life, with small, medium, and larger shareholding. The Company has two production plants, one each at Riyadh & Dammam, producing glass containers of all sizes, in flint and green colors, for soft drinks, fruit juice, and jars for food related products. The annual production capacity of Riyadh Plant (NFGB) is 66,000 MT. Expansion is underway to double the production by the end of 2014. Dammam Factory for Glass Bottles (DFGB) has a production capacity of 18,000 MT of Green Glass Bottles annually.
