Al Manhal Water Factory Co. Ltd. was established in the city of Riyadh in 1989, and it produces and distributes safe drinking water bottled size 5 gallons reusable bottles. In 1992, the company produced 1 gallon (3.8 liters) of drinking water bottle that was at that time the first and only of its type in the Kingdom. Later, in July 1995, and due to the big success and satisfaction expressed by customers, the company started to produce 2-liters drinking water bottles.

The 5 gallon water bottles are always leaking when kept horizontally at home. This shows the poor quality of caps. The company has removed the spill proof grommets inside the caps, may be as a part of cost cutting resulting in leaking bottles.
Please ensure proper caps for bottles before customers change their loyalty. I am seriously thinking to switch to Berain or Nova.
