75th FIABCI World Real Estate Congress

FIABCI-Nigeria is honored to host the 75th FIABCI World Real Estate Congress, taking place from June 9 to 13, 2025, in Lagos, Nigeria.  

This year’s Congress will feature a high-level professional conference program, bringing together government representatives, global thought leaders, top real estate professionals, and renowned scholars. The agenda is currently being finalized to ensure a dynamic and insightful experience. Additionally, FIABCI-Nigeria is diligently preparing key logistical details, including visa facilitation and security measures, to ensure a seamless experience for all attendees.

A major highlight of our annual event will be the prestigious FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards & Dinner, celebrating excellence in real estate on a global stage 

As tradition dictates, the official installation of the incoming President and Board of Directors will take place during the Farewell Dinner on the final evening. The first meeting of the 2025-2026 Board of Directors is scheduled for the morning of June 14, following a breakfast format.

Conference Highlights: “Global Real Estate Renaissance”

This year’s conference theme, "Global Real Estate Renaissance," sets the stage for insightful discussions with an impressive lineup of industry leaders, visionaries, and experts, including the former President of Nigeria, former ministers, and high-level government officials. Additionally, representatives from the National Real Estate Registration Services Company (RER), the World Bank, the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and other principal members will be in attendance.
