British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson met with Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif in Riyadh on Sunday to discuss ways of strengthening cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Britain.
King Salman received Johnson at his office in Al-Yamamah Palace and the two discussed Saudi-UK bilateral relations and a number of issues of common interest, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) said.
Johnson later met with Crown Prince Mohammed, who is also deputy premier and minister of interior, and discussed cooperation on security and the fight against extremism and terrorism.
They also reviewed the latest developments in the Middle East, the positions of both countries on each issue, and efforts being undertaken.
