Celebrating the harvest season of Truffles at Brunello

In celebration of the harvest festival of truffles that has won itself the moniker ‘the Diamond of the Kitchen’, Brunello, the  classic Italian bistro at Kempinski Hotel and Residences Palm Jumeirah has introduced a special menu around this aromatic fungus with spectacular dishes that matches its decadence.

The devotion to truffles is apparent in the three expertly articulated items such as the Pizza Bianca topped with Tartufo Nero and Fontina Cheese, the Alfredo Style Linguine with Black Truffle shavings, and the Carnaroli Risotto with Black Truffle and Veal Jus - needless to say that diners are in for an exquisite gastronomic treat.   

Kempinski Palm Jumeirah’s Food and Beverage Director, Massimo Luvara commented “I am excited for our esteemed guests experiencing the magic of truffles and am thrilled at the prospect of opening this culinary door to Italian traditions”.
