Landmark Group, the region’s leading retail and hospitality conglomerate celebrates the 20-year milestone of its loyalty division this year. The group’s loyalty program “Shukran” is the largest retail and hospitality loyalty programme rewarding over 10 million active members yearly across the GCC region.
Landmark Group launched its first loyalty programme, the “Landmark Privilege Card” in 1999 with the objective of creating exceptional value for all its customers. Subsequently, the programme was redesigned as ‘Shukran’ in 2010.
Shukran offers members the chance to earn and redeem reward points across 40+ of Landmark Group’s own brands like Centrepoint, Max, Lifestyle, SHOEMART, Home Centre, Splash and also earn at many partner brands like Cleartrip, Careem, Kalyan Jewellers, Oman Insurance Company, Joyalukkas and many more.

To mark this celebration, Shukran is running a promotion to reward 199 members in UAE with gold coins. Similar promotions were run in Qatar, Kuwait and Oman to reward 99 members with gold coins in each country.
In KSA, Bahrain, Egypt and Jordan, the promotion will reward members up to 4,999 Shukrans each.
