Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia) has been granted a five-star rating in APEX evaluation, a non-profit organization that surveyed the passengers of more than one million flights in 600 airlines around the world, based entirely on the passengers rating.
Minister of Transport, chairman of the board of directors of Saudia, Eng. Saleh Al-Jasser, said that the comprehensive transformation plan, adopted by Saudia, reflected positively on the passengers votes, as it invested in training and qualifying human resources, expanding its air fleet, and adding many direct destinations in addition to services development.
Al-Jasser added that this comes as an extension of support of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, deputy premier and minister of defense, for the transport sector.
It is noteworthy that Saudia added, recently, many high-end services, entertainment and digital systems on board. It also updated seats and added more direct international destinations. — SPA
