Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Human Resource and Social Development started the third phase of contract authentication, whereas organizations commit to authenticate 80% of employees’ contracts via Qiwa platform.
In a statement, the ministry pointed out the third phase will continue until the end of September.
The service aims to preserve the rights of the parties to the contractual relationship, provides a work environment that enhances employees’ stability and increases productivity. It also verifies the establishments' compliance with the labor law’s and provisions, validates contract data, and reduces disputes and labor issues, the statement added.
