Al Hogail: Law on selling, leasing off-plan projects is likely to raise investor confidence

Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing Majed Al Hogail said that he looks forward to the Cabinet's approval of the law on selling and leasing off-plan real estate projects (Wafi Program), along with the rest of the real estate legislation, to enhance investor confidence in the Saudi real estate sector.

Al Hogail added, in a tweet on the X platform, that this law also works to create promising investment opportunities for real estate establishments and contribute to the sustainability of real estate development activity, in addition to creating job opportunities.

According to data available to Argaam, The Saudi Cabinet, chaired by King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, approved a law on selling and leasing off-plan real estate projects.
