HRH Prince of Riyadh Patronizes Ceremony for Infrastructure Development Master Plan in Region

HRH Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Governor of Riyadh Region, will patronize a ceremony hosted by Riyadh Region Infrastructure Projects Center (RIPC) on February 10, 2025. The event will unveil the "Detailed Master Plan for Infrastructure Development Projects" in presence of several distinguished royal family members, government officials, and leading experts from both public and private sectors, nationally and internationally.

According to RIPC, the Detailed Master Plan is a key strategic initiative aimed at coordinating and planning infrastructure projects in Riyadh. RIPC also aims to enhance oversight, compliance, and coordination across project various aspects, ultimately improving overall quality of life for both residents and visitors. The master plan supports sustainable development in alignment with Kingdom Vision 2030.

The Master Plan for Infrastructure Development Projects will streamline projects coordination across the region, while reducing negative impacts caused by overlapping construction activities. This includes reduced redundant excavation works and enhanced coordination between public and private sectors. RIPC emphasizes that the project will leverage data and modern technologies to ensure efficient execution of projects.

This Detailed Master Plan is part of RIPC efforts, established by a decision from the Council of Ministers in July 2023, aimed at improving efficiency of infrastructure projects in Riyadh and enhancing coordination among all stakeholders to ensure sustainable implementation of projects.
