50 remarkable women speakers from regional and international countries, among women executive leaders, specialists and academics specializing in cybersecurity, will participate in the first virtual conference held by women in Cybersecurity Middle East (WiCSME), on Saturday and Sunday (14-15) November 2020, with the theme “To Empower and Secure Together.”, the conference includes keynote, panel discussions, corners discussion and sessions covering all aspects of the Cybersecurity.
On the sidelines of the conference, the Capture the Flag competition (CTF) was launched today, Thursday, November 12 virtually, with the participation of more than 600 contestants, and sponsored by the leading training organization in cybersecurity (SANS), which lasts for 30 continuous hours punctuated with various cyber challenges. The three winners teams will be announced as well as the results of the top ten women contestants’ scores in 2nd day of the conference 15th November 2020
WiCSME has announced the 30 nominated women (finalists) for WiCSME2020 awards which is first time ever, representing various countries in the Middle East region, and the winners will be announced on the second day of the conference, 5th November 2020. The judges of these awards are distinguished names locally, regionally and internationally of both genders.
