LG Electronics (LG) continues to invest in eco-friendly technologies to help consumers in KSA live more sustainably.
The LG TWINWash introduced consumers to the world’s first wash and spin which can handle two loads at the same time. Its arrival signified a new era in appliance design, where accomplishing the demands of daily life can now be achieved with ease and convenience.
Studying how laundry is done around the world, LG’s TWINWash machines are designed factoring in how people navigate their daily routines and with high performance and efficiency in mind. Recognizing that consumers prefer to do separate loads of laundry for varied fabrics, but that they also have less time on their hands to do so, LG’s new washing machines allow for more clothes to be washed simultaneously, without compromising on overall quality and fabric care.
LG TWINWash machines also feature EcoHybrid technology to save water and shorten drying cycles. Users can select Eco Dry Mode, which uses no water for condensing, or Normal Dry Mode to shorten the drying cycle.
Normal Dry Mode can save approximately 13220 minutes per year, equating to 9 days in total. Whilst Eco Dry Mode can save a staggering 6956 liters of water – enough to fill a small swimming pool. Air drying and water saving enables TWINWash washing machines to also help homeowners reduce their energy costs and overall impact on the environment.
With the Mini Washer, users need not wait for laundry to pile up before justifying a new washing cycle. Smaller loads of washing can be cleaned efficiently, without wasting excess water or energy.
To avoid extra cycles due to forgotten pieces of laundry, LG TWINWash machines are also equipped with an ‘Add Item’ button. Now, users can open the main washer door during the washing cycle and add additional items with ease.
