The Ad Diriyah Gate Development Authority (DGDA) concluded its first career and training fair on Wednesday, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
The fair was launched at the Diriyah Municipality last Monday and was held within the framework of the Vision 2030 reform plan, which aims to generate diverse employment opportunities and give Saudis skills for the future.
DGDA CEO Jerry Inzerillo said the fair was part of the authority’s commitment to developing the local community and providing young people in the area with jobs.
He said the DGDA welcomed young and ambitious people, especially women, and that they should submit their resumes for future opportunities, internships, and volunteer programs.
Inzerillo added that the DGDA was seeking to recruit experts in various fields and expand its internship program.
The DGDA was established in July 2017 with a mandate to preserve and celebrate the historic Diriyah area and transform it into one of the most important visitor destinations in the world.
