ADFG’s Jassim Alseddiqi awarded ‘CEO of the Year’ at Global Investor/ISF MENA Awards 2016

Jassim Alseddiqi, Managing Director and CEO of Abu Dhabi Financial Group (“ADFG”), has won ‘CEO of the Year’ at the prestigious Global Investor/ISF MENA Awards held in Dubai, UAE. The Awards recognise exceptional contributions and achievements within the financial services sector across the Middle East and North Africa.

In 2016, ADFG enhanced its prodigious record as one of the region’s leading investment firms having successfully completed a number of high-profile transactions, as well as embarking on new pioneering ventures. An international judging panel comprised of prominent industry experts praised Alseddiqi’s leadership of ADFG, which has grown assets under management to over $4.7billion while delivering consistent, healthy returns to a global network of investors.

On accepting the title at a ceremony attended by representatives from leading investment firms, Jassim Alseddiqi, CEO of ADFG, commented: “It is an honour to accept this illustrious award which is a testament to the talent, dedication and expertise of the entire ADFG team. Earlier in the year, ADFG was awarded ‘Emerging Markets Real Estate Manager of the Year’ at the Global Investor/ISF Awards in London, UK, as well as winning the accolade for ‘UAE Asset Manager of the Year’ at the 2016 edition of the MENA Fund Manager Awards.
