After a two-month screening and assessment campaign in search for the best local talent in after-sales service, three finalists from KSA have been selected to progress to the Nissan/Infiniti ME Regional Skill Contest, set to take place in Dubai during February 2017.
Al Ghassan Motors (AGM) concludes its National Skills Contest in preparation for the Regional Contest organized by Nissan/Infiniti ME Regional Office in Dubai.
Saudi Arabia: As part of its ongoing efforts to attract customers with an outstanding level of service, Ghassan A.H. Al Sulaiman Trading Est. “Al Ghassan Motors”, the authorized dealer of Infiniti vehicles in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, conducted a two-month National Skills Contest to select the top three local talents in after-sales service. They will progress to the Nissan/Infiniti ME Regional Skill Contest, set to take place in Dubai during February 2017.
The national competition concluded its final stage on the 30th of November 2016. It covered the whole car service process from receiving the vehicle all the way to delivering it back to the client in superior condition. The contest comprised a theoretical exam and a practical test to select three after-sales service members – one Service Advisor (Ben Bien Picones Catahan from Al-Riyadh), one Spare Parts Supervisor (Mohamed Saeed Al Sultan from Al-Riyadh) and one Mechanic (Elmer Perilla from Al-Khobar). All staff members had a chance to participate in the aforementioned assessment.
In that occasion, Sheikh Ghassan Abdul Rahman Al Sulaiman, President of Al Ghassan Motors, said, “Once again, our aftersales staff members demonstrated their brilliance in a rigorous screening and assessment test that examined all aspects of their talents, skills and experiences.
