AL-KHALIJI BOARD OF DIRECTORS WILL MEET ON 20/01/2016 TO DISCUSS FINANCIAL RESULTS ENDING ON 31/12/2015

Al Khalij Commercial Bank (al khaliji) announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 20/01/2016 to approve the financial results ending on 31/12/2015.

The Board will equally consider other items on the agenda including the new mid-term strategy, the recommendation of dividend payout and the invitation of the shareholders to the annual and extraordinary general assembly meetings.
