Al Yamamah Steel signs SAR 175M tower supply deal in Western Region

Al Yamamah Steel Industries Co. signed a contract worth SAR 174.91 million today, Feb. 25, with Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co.’s branch to supply steel towers for a 380 kV ultra-high voltage transmission line project in the Western Region.

The contract has a duration of one year, the company said in a filing to Tadawul, adding that deliveries for the project will begin in September 2025.

Al Yamamah Steel expects the financial impact to appear in Q4 2025, adding that there are no related parties to the deal.
