Ali & Sons Renews Agreement with Mobil

Ali & Sons, exclusive agents  of Porsche, VW and Audi vehicles in Abu Dhabi, and EMA Lubricants (a joint venture between ExxonMobil and Gibca group in the UAE) have announced the renewal of the agreement in which all Porsche, VW and Audi cars serviced in Ali & Sons’ workshops in Abu Dhabi will continue to reap the benefits of Mobil’s leading-edge automotive technology.

Remarking on the impact of this partnership on customer relationship and how Ali & Sons can value add towards the same, Mr.Ahmed Al Dhaheri, Ali and Sons Holding Chairman, commented: “The common objective shared between the two partners is the commitment to exceed customer satisfaction, rather than merely meeting minimum requirements. Mobil 1 and Porsche share a joint history for almost two decades, spanning four generations of Porsche 911. The result:  over one million cars in total are filled with Mobil 1. This partnership having grown in leaps and bounds, has now evolved into a long-term global alliance, with engineers from ExxonMobil contributing their specialist knowledge of cutting-edge lubrication technology, thereby altering the outlook of the automobile technology.
