"Aljomaih Group" participates in Career and Graduate week and the accompanying forum and exhibition

Aljomaih Group underscored its leading patriotic role through participation, as silver sponsor, in Career and  Graduate week and the accompanying forum and exhibition, which was held on Rabie Thani 21-25, 1437 (January 31 to February 4, 2016) at the headquarters of King Saud University, Riyadh, under the patronage of the Custodian of the two holy mosques King  Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and inaugurated by his Excellency the Minister of Education, Dr. Ahmed Al-Issa, in the presence of Dr. Badran Al-Omar, President of the university, with the participation of some 70 public and private bodies. The event represents a great opportunity to activate the complementary role between universities and recruitment bodies, and to narrow the circle of unemployment and eliminate its consequent problems, in addition to shed light on students' future after graduation, as well as to help them acquaint employment opportunities after graduation.

The five-day event addressed the importance of universities role in cutting the unemployment phenomenon through steering students toward disciplines required in the labor market, also opening new disciplines that are  required by the market, as well as constant  coordination with recruiters to explore new employment trends. The event stressed on the major role of universities in all proactive solutions in regard to prepare their graduates before pushing them into the labor market.

The event was accompanied by an exhibition, where graduates were given the opportunity for live interviews with potential employers and recruitment agencies, and explored available career opportunities and training.
