Alkhaleej Training subsidiary inks SAR 33M contract with Ministry of Commerce

Alkhaleej Training and Education Co.’s subsidiary, Advanced Systems and Solutions for Communications Co. (Smart Link), signed on April 16 a contract with the Ministry of Commerce at a value of SAR 33 million, VAT inclusive.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company noted that the three-year contract covers operating and outsourcing the Unified Consumer Complaints Call Center (BAINAH) by Smart Link.

This contract is expected to have a positive impact on financial results starting from the second quarter of 2025, the statement added, noting that no related parties are included in the deal.
