Almuneef buys land in Al-Kharj for SAR 8.7M

Almuneef Company for Trade, Industry, Agriculture and Contracting purchased an 8,144.53-square-meter land plot in Al-Rifayah district, Al-Kharj governorate, for SAR 8.7 million, excluding real estate transaction tax and brokerage fees, as part of its expansion strategy.

The self-financed deal aims to support the company’s operational and growth plans, Almuneef said in a statement to Tadawul.

The deal, purchased from Faihan Hamoud Al-Amaj, is expected to have a positive impact on the company’s financials, it added, noting that no related parties were involved.
