Around 45,000 people have used the “Bekhidmatikum” (at your service) platform since it launched, most of them from Amman, Irbid and Zarqa, according to a Prime Ministry report.
Minister of State for Institutional Performance Development Yasera Ghosheh on Monday called on Jordanians to evaluate ministries’ responses to complaints using the platform. Sectors that received that highest number of complaints included health, education, finance, water and labour, as well as the Greater Amman Municipality, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The platform allows users to make inquiries, file complaints and suggest proposals.
