The field for the Audi Cup 2015 is complete. In addition to host FC Bayern München and Real Madrid CF, AC Milan and Tottenham Hotspur will be meeting at the Munich Allianz Arena on August 4 and 5. Advance ticket sales for the tournament are underway. Nearly 60,000 tickets have already been sold.

In addition to host FC Bayern München and 2014 Champions League winner Real Madrid CF, Audi managed to sign two other European top-flight teams. While the 18-time Italian soccer champion AC Milan has previously participated in all tournaments of the Audi Cup, the squad of Tottenham Hotspur will this year be playing under the banner of the four rings in Munich for the first time. The eight time FA Cup winner is one of the great tradition-steeped English clubs and took fifth place in the past Premier League season.

The semi-final meetings have been set. On Tuesday, August 4, Real Madrid CF and Tottenham Hotspur will be opening the Audi Cup 2015 at 18.15. At 20.45, FC Bayern will be playing against AC Milan. The losing teams from both meetings will be playing for third place on Wednesday, August 5, before the two winners will meet in the final. Kick-off times for the matches will be 18.15 and 20.45.

The Audi Cup will again be a showcase tournament of the soccer stars. For instance, Luka Modrić and Gareth Bale from Real Madrid CF will be pitted against their former club, Tottenham Hotspur, with Christian Eriksen and Harry Kane. FC Bayern will be competing with Mario Götze and Arjen Robben, among others, against the ‘Rossoneri’ with Stephan El Shaarawy and Jérémy Ménez from AC Milan.
