Bayt.com, the Middle East’s leading career site, has been named among the top 10 Best Small and Medium Workplaces in Asia, in the prestigious 2015 Best Workplaces in Asia awards that were announced this month. The ranking follows Bayt.com’s top-10 ranking in the Top Places to Work in the UAE list in 2012, 2013, and 2014.

The Best Workplaces in Asia list is published by global workplace assessment and research company Great Place to Work®. The rankings are determined by combining results from the Trust Index© employee survey, which measures behaviors known to lead to a trusting workplace, with a Culture Audit© management questionnaire that gives human resources personnel the chance to express their company’s unique culture.
