Bayut, the region’s leading property website, has launched a brand new section for Building Guides, featuring comprehensive details about the property types, amenities available, service charges, average cost for renting and buying in popular towers across the UAE. The guides cover a variety of buildings, ranging from those used for residential purposes to well-known commercial towers and prominent mixed-use developments.
Most potential tenants, investors and homebuyers conduct extensive research before deciding on whether to move to a certain property. Thanks to favourable market conditions for tenants and buyers, there is more interest now in upgrading to larger homes or securing units with the best facilities, which is evidenced by recent DLD reports highlighting the increased number of property transactions in the emirate. Search trends on Bayut also corroborate this data, with luxury locations such as Palm Jumeirah, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Hills Estate and Dubai Marina featuring in the list of top ten areas for sales in Dubai, over the course of 2019. To assist interested individuals to conduct their research easily, Bayut has launched these unique ‘Building Guides’ as an addition to their huge content portfolio, which already includes Area Guides of over 1,500 neighbourhoods around the UAE.
The award-winning property website has launched the section with over 150 Building Guides in both English and Arabic, starting with popular buildings in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman, including Princess Tower in Dubai Marina, Bahar in JBR, Burj Khalifa in Downtown Dubai, Executive Towers in Business Bay, Landmark Tower in Corniche Road and more. The team is working on increasing this database with more additions expected in the coming weeks, to eventually create a comprehensive directory covering buildings in all seven emirates of the country.
Bayut’s Building Guides are highly informative sources with elaborate sections on parking facilities, lifestyle amenities, fitness centres, transportation options, service charges, floor plans and more. The detailed resources also include handy links to the various layouts available in the tower, which have been sourced from Bayut’s unique 3D and 2D Floor Plans of over 45,000 properties. In addition to this, the guides also help users to make educated financial choices by including information pertaining to the cost of buying and renting units, along with insights on expected ROI based on rental yields.
Haider Ali Khan, the CEO of Bayut, commenting on the thought process behind the launch, said “Moving to a new home, whether as a tenant or a homeowner, is not a decision that should be made without the right research. We noticed a number of our consumers facing difficulty finding answers to a lot of their questions related to service charges, parking facilities and other amenities offered by different buildings. To fill this gap and fulfill the needs of residents, we decided to help out by creating meaningful content on buildings in different parts of the UAE. We already have an extensive directory of Area Guides covering different locations and sub-communities within the UAE, but with these new building guides, we hope to address the concerns and questions of people who opt for towers as their homes or offices.”
