The St. Regis Istanbul, located in the heart of the trendy and upmarket Nişantaşı neighbourhood, will host a bespoke preview of signature dishes from Hollywood’s Annual Awards Dinner at the hotel’s iconic restaurant, Spago.
Culinary force and leader in fine dining, Master Chef Wolfgang Puck will set a culinary stage offering discerning diners an exclusive dinner menu, from 24 – 28 February.
Guests can savour epicurean flavours from two luxurious offerings, which include a three-course set menu and a sampling menu for gourmet aficionados.
From more than 50 imaginative dishes that will be served at the official post Red Carpet Gala celebration, Chef Puck has selected the finest dishes for guests at the timelessly elegant address, including Smoked Salmon Oscars with Beluga Caviar; Filet Mignon Steak ‘Au Poivre’; and Almond, Orange-Brown Butter Cake with Blood Orange.
Tasting samplers include Spicy Tuna Tartare; Pan Roasted Turbot with Beans and Wild Mushrooms; Blue Fin Tuna & Red Snapper Ceviche; and Chocolate Soufflé, Toasted Hazelnut Ice Cream with Chocolate Oscars.
The St. Regis Istanbul stays true to Mrs. Astor’s legacy of hosting lavish parties at The St. Regis New York, by bringing the annual awards celebrations to Istanbul, drawing upon vintage and contemporary Hollywood glamour.
The exclusive package is priced at TL275++ per person (approx. AED 340) for the tasting menu and TL 220++ per person (approx. AED 273) for the set menu.
