Binaa Wa Amal signs MOU with Dar Alhekmah University

Binaa Wa Amal, a division of Construction Products Holding Company (CPC) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Dar Alhekmah University, a leading private University based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The MOU provides scholarships for students at the College of Architecture and Interior Design and an allocation of a hall to display the company’s products and materials to be used in the educational process along with providing field trips for students to visit the company's industrial parks in Bahra.

The MOU supports Binaa Wa Amal's strategy to strengthen cooperation with Saudi higher-education institutions to develop skills and provide scholarships for young Saudis.

The MOU was formally signed by Faysal Alaquil, CPC Director of Business Development & Chief of “Binaa Wa Amal” and Suhair Alqurashi, President of Dar Alhekmah University. 

Speaking at the reception, Suhair Alqurashi said: “Dar Alhekmah University has signed MOUs with major private companies from around the Kingdom and we are particularly delighted with this new relationship with CPC.” 

She added: “This agreement will provide local students an opportunity to encourage them to continue learning and enable them to excel and be distinguished and creative.”

Faysal Alaquil stated: "Through this MOU, we look forward to enhancing cooperation with Dar Alhekmah University to support our vision which aims to collaborate with universities, and educational and vocational educational institutions in and out of Saudi Arabia to empower young students and continuously enhance their skills.”

CPC has been supporting education through programs and agreements with different universities such as Effat University, KAUST, The American University of Cairo and The American University of Sharjah.
