BinDawood Holding inks franchise agreement to open 8 stores in Qatar

BinDawood Holding Co. signed on Sept. 30 a franchise agreement with the Regional Group Co. to open eight stores in Qatar, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The franchisee is committed to establish and operate eight supermarket stores under the brand name “BinDawood”.

The company expects a positive impact on its business portfolio in H2 2024.

This step is consistent with the strategic vision of BinDawood Holding to expand its activities in the GCC through the commercial franchise.

According to Argaam data, BinDawood Holding had signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Regional Group in July. This MoU grants Regional Group the franchise rights to open eight branches of the BinDawood brand in Qatar.
