Turki Al-Sheikh, Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA), announced the launch of Boulevard Business Park within Boulevard City, as a first phase of the urban plan to redevelop and reorganize the Boulevard District.
The project’s investments exceed SAR 1 billion, Al-Sheikh said at a press conference held today, Aug. 28.
The project aims to redesign and reorganize the Boulevard District area by creating a network of new urban pathways to connect all zones, as well as increasing green spaces and linking them to neighboring projects like the Sports Boulevard. The project also includes expanding parking capacity and connecting it to the main road network and public transportation to facilitate visitor and employee access.
Rakan Al-Harthy, Managing Director of Sela Sport Co., affirmed the company's adoption of this initiative in collaboration with the REQ Real Estate Fund, French Capital, and Hayy Development Co.
The project consists of nine office buildings with commercial spaces overlooking the Boulevard City fountain. The first phase of the project features the launch of a creative work resort dedicated to serving global and national companies specializing in creativity and the art industry.
The project includes over 60,000 square meters of rental space, offices and headquarters for companies, co-working areas for entrepreneurs, retail stores, concept stores for national and international brands, an outdoor art gallery, a gym, a spa, a suspended pool, hanging gardens, and more than 1,300 parking spaces specifically for the project.
