The Cabinet on Monday hailed the content of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman’s speech addressing the president and senior officials of the Youth Welfare Presidency and presidents of sports clubs, reiterating the government’s support for youth and sport activities.

Culture and Information Minister Adel Al-Toraifi said the Cabinet approved an agreement with Kyrgyz Republic for the avoidance of double taxation and prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income.

The Cabinet decided the scope of supervision of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry on the Saudi Council of Engineers including the review of all its regulations after the approval of the organization’s general assembly.

The Cabinet approved amendments to the model draft agreement for cooperation with other countries. It amended Para Five of its resolution No. 204 and urged the Health Ministry to make sure that the move to provide health services to expats in lieu of money at public hospitals does not negatively affect the provision of health services to citizens.
