Caltex concludes its latest High Performance Caltex Delo® Engine Oil at the Big 5 Exhibition in Dubai

Chevron Al Khalij, which markets a wide range of Caltex-Delo® branded lubricants across the region, revealed its newest high performance product – Caltex Delo 400 MGX SAE 15W-40, at the Big 5 Exhibition last week. The new engine oil is specially formulated for heavy duty diesel vehicles in on-highway and off-highway applications. 

Adriaan J. de Kok, Area Business Manager, Gulf and Middle East, for Chevron Al Khalij, said “Our participation in the Big 5 Exhibition as platinum sponsors has given us the opportunity to launch the latest addition to our Caltex Delo diesel engine oil product range. New Caltex Delo 400 MGX SAE 15W-40, formulated for a wide range of diesel vehicles, meets the  demands of our customers  in the GCC region and  allowing these vehicles to operate efficiently in both high and low sulphur diesel fuel environments.

Colin Hodgson, Chevron Al Khalij Technical Support Manager and a speaker at the event, showcased the various solutions that the company has developed for the challenging conditions that heavy-duty vehicle users face, such as different sulphur levels in diesel fuel, and the availability of alternative vehicle technologies.

During his  presentation, which was attended by a number of the region’s industry experts, Hodgson added that the company’s new product - Caltex Delo 400 MGX SAE 15W-40-  provides a practical solution, whether you have  diesel engines that  operates with diesel fuel that has low or high amounts of sulphur.  Caltex Delo 400 MGX SAE 15W-40 is the only product at present that offers such a technical solution, allowing engines to work with different diesel fuels and protecting the environment from the harmful effects of emissions.”
