Another interesting Valentine’s Day offer from Spark by Caramel…
Spark by Caramel is embracing everyone this Valentine’s Day with a Ying Yang Menu of Love...and Loathe. On the 14th of February, the multi-faceted restaurant lounge will set the stage for all those that celebrate the occasion and others that prefer to stay away from the conventional expectations of the event. The Ying Yang Menu is a three-course meal per person offered at a special price. It comes with the option of adding three glasses of grape, which costs a minimal charge. On the day the Spark will curate two completely opposite environments in their Garden with a bright and cheesy section for the lovers featuring activities in contrast to a darker setting with activities like darts on another side.
A dual experience that begins the minute visitors step into the garden, the evening will progress further is a menu that has been created taking inspiration from the emotions of love and loathe, taking customers on a journey of some cheese...and a little bit of tough love! The stars of the Ying Yang Menu are desserts like an experimental lava cake or a deconstructed creme brulee that will have to be stabbed or punctured to be consumed.
