Celebrating Ramadan Traditions with Daily Iftar and Suhoor Buffet at Burj Rafal Hotel Kempinski

As the sighting of the new moon is drawing near, signifying the onset of the holy month of Ramadan, Burj Rafal Hotel Kempinski is delighted to share this magical month in the extravagant landmark that pays tribute to the local Najdi heritage and offers exceptional, premium hospitality standards. “We would like to present our guests and visitors with something special this Ramadan – an extraordinary experience that mingles the traditional habits of this holy month with a touch of wonder,” explained George Ganchev, general manager at Burj Rafal Hotel Kempinski. Perhaps the most traditional and cultural time of the year, Ramadan has a unique appeal that is heightened within the confines of the hotel, starting with the daily Iftar buffet spread luxuriously in the Ramadan tent in the Rafal Ballroom. World-class chefs prepare wide selections and live-cooking stations of flavourful Middle-Eastern and European cuisine in the magnificently expansive tent that delightfully serves and caters up to 1,400 guests.

The true spirit of Ramadan not only lies in the fasting period, which starts at dawn and lasts until breaking the fast at dusk, but also in the late-night dining period known as suhoor.
At Burj Rafal Hotel Kempinski, suhoor has a glamorous look and a delectable taste when served at our signature restaurant Tugra, inviting guests to bask in the royal Ottoman ambience whilst savouring spectacular selections of international cuisine every night for suhoor.

“It is my pleasure to prepare the traditional selections usually found at an Iftar buffet, of course in our own distinct way, and also to innovate delectable and inventive choices that are sure to enrich the satisfaction of one’s appetite,” stated the hotel’s Executive Chef Thierry Quintric.

The special offer held during this holy month welcomes guests, locals and tourists to live luxury at its finest in Riyadh’s icon of elegance. A complimentary Iftar buffet in the Rafal Ballroom Ramadan tent accompanies the lavishly furnished rooms and suites, and the hotel offers the choice of late check-out.

Burj Rafal Hotel Kempinski looks forward to welcoming the special month of Ramadan in a truly magnificent and original atmosphere, coupled with the highest of European luxury service standards alongside its sponsors Audi, Zain, Shaker Group, Rafal Real Estate Development and Bashammakh oud & perfumes.
