CMCER signs SAR 5.8 mln appendix to NEOM agreement

Canadian Medical Center Co. (CMCER) signed an appendix at a total value of SAR 5.8 million to the agreement concluded earlier to  manage and operate clinics in NEOM, under which CMCER will provide medical staff. The entire agreement is now valued at SAR 13.2 million.

The relevant financial impact will show in Q4 2023, CMCER said in a statement to Tadawul.

Earlier this month, CMCER signed an agreement with Salini Saudi Arabia Co. Ltd. to manage and operate clinics in NEOM at a total value of SAR 7.4 million, Argaam reported.
