Commercial registration services paused ahead of 2 new systems launch

The Ministry of Commerce announced a seven-day suspension of commercial registration and trade name system services, effective today, March 27.

The services will resume in a fully updated format on April 3, coinciding with the implementation of the two new systems.

In a statement on X, the ministry explained that this measure is being taken in preparation for the enforcement of the two new systems, which will bring fundamental changes to procedures, services, electronic systems, and databases.

During this period, key services such as issuing, amending, renewing, canceling, and transferring commercial registrations, as well as company formation, contract amendments, and trade name reservations, will be unavailable.

However, some services will remain accessible, including commercial reports, discount licenses, franchise services, and commercial certifications.
