The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud received at Al-Salam Palace in Jeddah today British Chancellor of the Exchequer Philip Hammond.
During the meeting, they reviewed means of developing and strengthening economic and financial cooperation between the two friendly countries and promising opportunities in accordance with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
They also reviewed security cooperation and regional developments in light of Iranian threats to waterways and the freedom of international navigation.
The audience was attended by Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior; Minister of State and Cabinet's Member Dr. Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban; Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Assaf; and Minster of Finance Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Jadaan.
It was also attended by Chargé d'Affaires of the British Embassy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Richard Oppenheim; Special Envoy for Vision 2030 Ken Costa; and Special Advisor to British Chancellor of the Exchequer Duncan McCourt.
