Emaar unveils ‘Maple 2’ townhouses - green getaway residences in Dubai Hills Estate

A green outdoor lifestyle with access to a wide range of modern amenities becomes a reality in the heart of Dubai with the launch of the second phase of Maple townhouses by Emaar Properties in Dubai Hills Estate. A joint venture between Emaar and Meraas Holding, the 2,700 acre Dubai Hills Estate is envisaged as Dubai’s first ‘green city’ with the Maple townhouses set amidst leafy emerald avenues and green corridors.

Part of the Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City), Dubai Hills Estate is located in close proximity to Downtown Dubai and Al Maktoum International Airport. Its dedicated link to the Dubai Metro expansion as well as its easy access from Sheikh Zayed Road makes it a sought after development in Dubai today.

Ideally suited for families who are seeking a ‘get-away’ lifestyle from the bustle of the city, Maple 2 residents will have effortless access to exceptional amenities including high-end retail, two world-class hotels, a tennis academy, an 18-hole championship golf course, a choice of trendy cafes and restaurants, and several parks and natural trails.

Ahmad Al Matrooshi, Managing Director of Emaar Properties, said: “Maple 2 townhouses are the first of their kind in the city with the focus on green living. The extensive green landscapes and natural trails make Maple 2 homes the first choice for end-use homeowners and customers who seek long-term value. Residents are assured of an active outdoor lifestyle, a quiet and peaceful ambience and the opportunity to live in close harmony with nature. With Maple 2, we are offering a perfect mix of tranquility and proximity to the heart of the city.”

Enveloped in a green corridor, Maple 2 offers a limited number of 666 contemporary-styled townhouses with 3 to 5 bedrooms and ranging from 2,200 to 2,700 sq ft with starting price of AED 1,999,888 for a 3-bedroom townhouse. The greenbelt serves as the ‘natural lungs’ of the development, providing shaded pathways with seating areas, exercise courses, fitness stations, play grounds and jogging and cycling trails. All homes have exceptional quality finishes and fixtures, and offer superior entertainment connectivity.

The sales launch will be held on October 24, 2015 on a first-come, first-served basis in Dubai and Muscat. In Dubai, sales are being held at the Emaar Pavilion on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, Downtown Dubai from 10am; and in Muscat, at Al Bustan Palace, a Ritz-Carlton hotel from 10am.

Emaar is offering long-term investors and end-users the opportunity to register for the Emaar Preferred Access programme, also at www.emaar.com. Investors who make a down payment of 30 per cent of the total value of the property and maintain ownership until hand-over is completed will be offered preferred access and the opportunity to own homes, subject to conditions.
