The Iftar buffet, created by Senior Chef De Cuisine Rober Salloum and his team, includes mouth-watering Arabic delicacies and interactive cooking stations featuring slow-roasted lamb ouzi, shawarma and manakeesh. Also available are refreshing fruit juices and a delightful variety of desserts from across the Middle East.
