ENOC Group announced the start of the application process for a post graduate Masters Degree in Energy from Heriot-Watt University in Dubai. The ENOC Energy Scholarship programme will provide four UAE Nationals, two of which will be ENOC employees and two external candidates with an opportunity to pursue a master’s degree, covering tuition fees for selected candidates.
The inaugural MSc in Energy program will offer young UAE Nationals the opportunity to acquire the knowledge and skillsets needed to meet the challenges of, and develop opportunities within, the energy industry. Students who complete the scholarship programme successfully will be offered an opportunity to join ENOC, where they will experience working in the energy sector, and develop an understanding of key principles such as energy efficiency, resource management, and sustainable best practices in the UAE’s energy landscape.

ENOC employees who have completed a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with a major in any of the following disciplines - Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Energy, Environment and Sustainability – and have worked with the Group for at least four years, can apply for the programme.

External applicants who are currently in their final year of pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any of the disciplines – Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Energy, Environment and Sustainability are eligible to enroll in the programme.
Over the years, ENOC has established various workplace activities, including training programmes that focus on the employee’s professional development. Some these include business etiquette, office productivity and time management. Other training programmes are focus on energy conservation and auditing.
