The second edition of the Festival of Media MENA Awards drew to a spectacular close at the MusicHall Palm Jumeirah on April 20. The event, which was organized by Mediaquest and C Squared, saw media anchors and senior-level executives from the world's biggest brands, marketing and media agencies come together to discuss the latest industry trends and techniques.
Awards were given across a plethora of categories, including Best Communications Strategy,
Best Content Creation, Best Entertainment Platform, Best Experiential Campaign, Best Launch Campaign, Best Social Media Strategy, Best Targeted Campaign, Best Use of Content, Best Use of Digital Media, Best Use of Mobile and Best Use of Video.
In addition, participants were also presented with particular honors to highlight their grand achievements across the digital disciplines including the Creative Use of Media Award, the Effectiveness Award, the Smart Use of Data Award, the Utility/Public Service Award, the NEW 2016: Twitter Live Award and the NEW 2016: Best Use of YouTube Award.

The Festival of Media MENA Awards celebrates the best in media thinking from MENA region. Judged by a senior panel of agency heads and regional brand marketers, the awards reward the very best media work, helping the winning agencies and media owners secure new business and increased influence in the marketplace.
Launched in Venice in 2007, the Festival of Media Global was created to highlight key developments in the media sphere, such as consumer trends, branded content, advertising and social media. The Awards element was added in 2009, establishing the Festival as one of the leading media events on the international marketing calendar.
Sponsored by Choueiri Group, Dubai Media City and OMD, among others, this edition of Festival of Media MENA conference attracted the participation of more than 600 delegates at the conference from the world's biggest brands, marketing and media agencies, while the Awards’ ceremony witnessed the participation of more than 700 delegates.
