  • World-Class Visionaries and healthcare leaders are gathering to discuss the most pressing topics impacting their industry
  • Over 400 attendees will witness 15 in-depth panel discussions and presentations
  • The two-day event will conclude with a glittering recognition ceremony and gala dinner

Forbes Middle East and PureHealth are hosting a one-of-a-kind Healthcare Summit at the St Regis Abu Dhabi from 13-14 December 2022.

The two-day conference in the UAE’s capital will bring together executives, thought leaders, and the experts behind pioneering healthcare treatments and delivery to explore the fast-paced innovations and prospects impacting the healthcare industry.

An impressive lineup of fireside chats and panels will explore invaluable discussions on next-generation healthcare models, the science of longevity, the sustainability and accessibility of outcomes, the role of AI, gene-editing, global health regulation, funding the future of healthcare, and how MENA can foster a unique tech-based economy for world-class healthcare.

“This summit has the potential to uncover some truly pioneering new technologies, pharmaceuticals, and medical procedures and facilitate conversations that can impact the way we think about and protect health,” said Khuloud Al-Omian, CEO and Editor-in-Chief of Forbes Middle East.

Shaista Asif, Group Chief Operating Officer of PureHealth Group, said: “At PureHealth, we are committed to embracing bold innovations to improve health, redefine value-based healthcare, and serve humanity through the science of longevity – paving the way for humankind to live longer, healthier, happier, and fuller lives. With a firm belief that future generations will not access healthcare as it is today, PureHealth is laying the foundation for building a healthcare ecosystem for the future. This is what will be the right and centre of our discussions at the Forbes Middle East Healthcare Summit. We look forward to informed discussions with our peers and industry players at the Summit, and working together to make UAE the land of longevity”

Participants in the event will include representatives from the Abu Dhabi Public Health Center, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, G42 Healthcare, Jamjoom Pharma, Saudi Chemical Company Holding, Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare, SaudiVax, McKinsey Health Institute, Daman, Abu Dhabi Health Services Company – SEHA, Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence, Global Ventures, and Alma Health, among others.

“This summit comes at an interesting time, as we have just recovered from a pandemic where we have seen an accelerated disruption by technology to the industry, and now we face global economic challenges resulting in rising healthcare costs and an increased cost of capital,” said Mohamad Hamade, CEO of Amanat Holdings. “The GCC seems to have relatively more favorable projections, but this requires a consorted effort between the public and private sectors in healthcare to navigate this phase while keeping an eye on the long-term objectives to ensure sustainability and growth."

Sherif Beshara, CEO of American Hospital Dubai said “It is a privilege to be a part of the Forbes Middle East Health Summit 2022. It is the region’s strategic platform to reimagine the future of healthcare and benefit from transformative ideas from global, regional, and UAE thought leaders. American Hospital Dubai is at the forefront of healthcare innovations and initiatives, shaping a healthier tomorrow for humanity. We are pleased to share our expertise and ideology with the world through this event.”

The summit will close with a glittering gala dinner and an awards ceremony to celebrate the visionaries that are transforming the future of healthcare.
