Nissan Saudi Arabia opened the door to journalists and media to experience its new cars during an event it held in Jeddah city, which lasted for two days, giving them the chance to test drive its cars in a unique trip to Taif City, to get to know the capabilities and specifications of the new generation of Nissan Crossover carsclosely and shed lights on the power, technology, luxuriousness and safety the cars provide as well as their fun and convenient drive on the roads.
The test drive was a magical experience and a great challenge to test Nissan’s standard cars’ capabilities such as Kicks, X-trail, and Path Finder. After two days of test driving on flat roads as well as mountains and rough roads, Nissan cars proved their strength, power and ability to overcome difficulties and move easily and smoothly under all kinds of circumstances. The cars also surprised participants with their super capabilities, in addition to an enjoyable unique drive with luxuriousness, convenience and safety. During the test drive, participants had hands-on experience testing Nissan cars and their unique capabilities, which symbolize the power and innovation of Nissan, the leading manufacturing company.

The first day of the trip involved a test drive on the roads from Jeddah City to the magical city, Taif. Participants enjoyed the amazing experience and lived the luxuriousness and safety of the cars as well as got to try their fascinating capabilities, which made driving fun and luxurious.”
“On the second day, participants did a test drive of the latest Crossovercars on mountains and rough roads in Taif City to experience Nissan cars’ durability and stability in challenging circumstances, in addition to having all safety elements, which encourages going on an adventure and overcoming difficulties. Finally, the second day of test drive was concluded with multiple fun activities before heading back to Jeddah,” Al Houssami added.
During the test drive of Nissan ‘Kicks’, media had a unique experience as the car suits different driving modes, combining a robust exterior and elevated driving position with compact dimensions for agile performance and maneuverability. The body also features an advanced aerodynamic design, which optimizes fuel consumption and minimizes noise.
Interior and exterior design quality was also witnessed by media when they test drove Nissan Pathfinder car, which comes with a revised 3.5-litre V6 engine that has almost 7% more horse power and almost 4%. In addition, they tested the new car changes such as the new combustion chamber design, pistons, intake manifold, electromagnetic Valve Timing Control and a new Direct Injection Gasoline system. Moreover, media were very much impressed with the seven-seat vehicle offers enhanced driving dynamics such as more controlled ride and handling, less vibrations on turns and easier maneuvering. This is due to many enhancements such as smaller strokes, improved steering response, improved roll balance, and improved steering ratio.
Finally, media experienced Nissan X-Trail car which dominated the event, introducing to media Nissan’s Intelligent Mobility concept, which aims at making cars more desirable by redefining how they are driven, powered and integrated into society. Powered by a range of Nissan’s Intelligent Mobility technologies, the new X-TRAIL is equipped with three new driver-friendly innovative features for the first time - Intelligent Rear-View Mirror, Intelligent Emergency Brakes, and Intelligent Cruise Control. The goal is to make Nissan drivers feel more confident, excited and connected, while also enhancing road and passenger safety.
