The General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) said more than 124,000 establishments applied for the initiative to waive delay and violation penalties just 30 days before the end of deadline.
In a statement, GOSI urged all establishments and employers to take advantage of the initiative through submitting their applications no later than Aug. 31.
The initiative aims to motivate, encourage, and support establishments to mitigate their financial impacts, correct insurance status, and settle debts. This also includes strengthening the principle of insurance commitment through applying for the full exemption of delay and violation penalties in exchange for paying GOSI subscriptions.
