Grand Millennium Business Bay, a luxurious 5-star property on Marasi Drive, announced the appointment of Mustafa Abu Al Ainen as the new General Manager of the hotel.
An Irish- Egyptian national, Mustafa joins Grand Millennium Business Bay with a wealth of 25 years of experience in hotel management and operations in which he has worked for many international hotel chains such as IHG, Hilton and Rotana in the gulf region and United Kingdom.
In 2018, he joined Millennium Hotels and Resorts, Middle East and Africa (MEA) as Director of Operations for Middle East markets. In his new role, he will be focusing on elevating Grand Millennium Business Bay reputation of as a preferred hotel for both leisure and business travellers and will be responsible for all aspects of the operation at Grand Millennium Business Bay.

Offering a ‘farm to table’ Mexican foodie experience, CHINGÓN restaurant and bar will be opening soon at Grand Millennium Business Bay. The menu features a selection of seafood tostadas and tiraditos, traditional tamales, grilled octopus and whole roasted baby chicken, as well as a healthy selection of both vegan and vegetarian options.
