These services provide Huawei customers free engraving by advanced laser graphics on the device to suit the personality of the device owner and, it is possible for customers to engrave the drawings they want, whether they are personal pictures, preferred team pictures or even personal names. Moreover, Huawei will also offer customers free cleaning service when they visit the maintenance centers using ultraviolet (UV) technology, commonly used in the sterilization of medical devices and equipment. Huawei will also offer complementary gifts to its customers when the device is repaired at any Huawei maintenance center.
