Imdaad, a Dubai-based group of companies that provides integrated, sustainable facilities management services that enhance operational efficiencies of physical assets, has recently launched Imtiaz Academy, its new training center in the emirate, which is designed to equip Imdaad team members with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.
Imtiaz Academy is located in Jebel Ali, and is fully equipped to host both academic learning sessions and hands-on practical training. The facility will initially focus on delivering employee training for the group’s Isnaad soft services division through a team of five British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) certified assessors.
Marwan Othman, Imdaad’s Executive Director for Human Capital and Administration, said:“At Imdaad, the professional and personal development of our team members has always been a top priority. We are proud to initiate this project, which represents an important step in achieving our goal of ensuring that our workforce is fully BICSc-qualified. Happy, well-trained staff who take pride in their work are key to our success, and we will continue to seek out fresh ways to create exciting growth opportunities for our team members while further enhancing the caliber of our Facilities Management services for our clients.”
The state-of-the-art Imtiaz Academy is designed to fulfill the long-term needs of all Imdaad’s business units. In addition to a comprehensive induction program for the onboarding of new employees, Imtiaz Academy will ensure Isnaad’s staff are kept up-to-date on the latest industry developments by providing regular refresher courses for all of its team members. These will be delivered both at the training center and through on-site learning.
