Jawraa, Saudi based ICT leader, with Crayon Arabia, the operating arm of Crayon Middle East in Saudi Arabia, confirm a premier engagement to implement the Cloud OS Network. Supported by Microsoft Arabia, this engagement is adopted for the first time by a cloud service provider in Saudi. Jawraa assigned Crayon to deploy its top resources and experts to deliver this unique project with optimal results.

Crayon’s engagement will entail a wide scope of tasks, the first phase to start with the environment analysis, and designing the implementation course and the project architecture. Environment deployment, set-up, and configuration will follow in the proceeding phase to follow; Microsoft Exchange, Lync, Dynamics ERP and other Microsoft applications, along with tailor
made system center training with knowledge transfer and deployment support to wrap up the delivery process of the implementation work.
Microsoft’s cloud technologies pooled with Crayon’s effectual practices in designing and implementing cloud infrastructure for service providers in the region, and the understanding of its experts of the local market requisites, and the localization of client servicing, will facilitate the shift of Jawraa’ IT operation towards the cloud.
