Prince Abdulaziz Bin Saud Bin Naif, interior minister and chairman of the Hajj Supreme Committee, on Tuesday chaired a meeting of the committee virtually.
The meeting was held in the presence of Makkah Emir Prince Khaled Al-Faisal and Madinah Emir Prince Faisal Bin Salman.
The meeting discussed issues pertaining to Hajj, and followed up on projects aimed at providing quality services to pilgrims.
At the beginning of the meeting, the minister of interior affirmed the keenness of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, and their directives to provide all facilities to the pilgrims so they can perform their rituals peacefully.
During the meeting, a number of issues related to managing and organizing this year's Hajj season, which comes as the Kingdom continues its efforts to confront coronavirus, were discussed during the meeting.
At the end of the meeting, the committee took a number of recommendations to raise them to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman.
