KAEC TO LAUNCH THE SECOND ROUND OF AL-SHUROOQ COMMUNITY READY-BUILT RESIDENTIAL UNITS IN JEDDAH

Following the success of its sales event in Riyadh, King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) announces the second sales launch event of the affordable apartment homes in its newly built Al-Shurooq community. The apartments form part of Phase 1 of the district. The event to showcase the apartment homes will be held in the Jeddah Hilton Hotel from 26-28th February, 2016.

The release of the new, ready-built apartment homes at Al-Shurooq comes as part of KAEC’s strategic goal to provide a wide range of accommodation for all social segments and a growing demand for rental properties. The city is moving ahead steadily with a wide range of development projects across the city.

The 250,000 sqm Al-Shurooq community is home to 1,440 apartment homes that vary in size from one to four bedrooms. The release of the new homes is a significant opportunity for families and individuals who look forward to owning affordable units with comprehensive facilities that fulfil their modern lifestyle needs.

The Al-Shurooq district offers a wide range of amenities and services, such as walkways, parks, social clubs, and outdoor children’s play areas for residents to enjoy an active and healthy lifestyle, including health care services, mosques, and international schools and universities, along with a wide variety of shops and restaurants located along the seafront and marina. KAEC is also currently developing a number of luxury sporting and recreational facilities, including the Royal Greens Golf Course, a social club and Juman Park.

Those who are interested to attend the event are strongly recommended to register by calling 800 11 800 10 or visiting http://alshurooq.kaec.net for further details.
